Cave Leader Core Skills and Group Days

Steve has been out and about this week running Cave Leader assessments: one Core Skills day and one Group day. Aspirant Cave Leaders have these two separate assessment days with different assessors. Firstly, to evaluate their knowledge, personal skills and equipment (Core Skills), followed by an observation of them leading a group, which they have organised, in an appropriate cave and conditions.
