Steve had three enthusiastic and very capable candidates on a Vertical Cave Leader training course last week. Braving constant sub-zero temperatures we had an excellent technical training day indoors on a caving rig (to maximise activity time for everyone), followed by a day in Alum Pot putting it all into practice.
