Cave Leader training and Vertical Leader assessment

Steve has been out this past week running a two day Cave Leader training course for six enthusiastic candidates. Using the Great Douk and Long Churn areas we covered all the syllabus content, both theoretical and practical, outdoors to ensure maximum retention and application.

Following on from that, Steve ran a Vertical Cave Leader Group assessment in Sellgill Holes. The candidate provided a great day out for their clients.

If you are interested in trying caving, or developing your caving, at any standard, Steve will be happy to help and advise. He can also provide training and assessment for all elements of the BCA Cave Leader awards should you wish to pursue BCA qualifications.
